A: A showroom does not allow you to see how the products are going to look in your home. With our working product samples and fabrics in your home, you can actually see what they are going to look like - style, operation, fabric and colour wise.
A: Yes, all our products are custom made from scratch.
A: Motorisation is convenient, safe and affordable. We can motorise all products except plantation shutters, crank operated and auto arm awnings.
A: In general; 3 years on internal products & 3 years on external products (excluding PVC). Fabrics & components are covered if; the blind is installed by Window Cover Solutions, the blind is handled & operated correctly. The warranty excludes; normal colour fading, misuse of blind, stains/damage caused by any source (unless caused by Window Cover Solutions). A: No, we can take them down for you and we will dispose of them for you.
A: All our products are Australian made The only exception are our shutters however they are still custom made from scratch.
A: We place your order and once it is completed, we organise an installation time that is suitable to you. Time from ordering to installation varies depending on the product ordered.
