Q: Why choose Window Cover Solutions?

A: We are a family owned and operated local business. We offer the highest quality service and products at competitive prices. Please see the testimonials on the footer of each page on our website to hear what our customers have to say.

Q: How do I know what products will suit my home and where can I view your products?

 A: One of our professional consultants and mobile showrooms will come to you! We'll give you the right advice and help you choose the perfect blinds, curtains, shutters and awnings - all from the comfort of your own home. 

Q: Why don't you have a showroom?    

A: A showroom does not allow you to see how the products are going to look in your home. With our working product samples and fabrics in your home, you can actually see what they are going to look like - style, operation, fabric and colour wise.

Q: Are all your products custom made?  

A:  Yes, all our products are custom made from scratch.

Q: Can I have my products motorised?            

A: Motorisation is convenient, safe and affordable. We can motorise all products except plantation shutters, crank operated and auto arm awnings.

Q: What warranty do you offer?  

A: In general; 3 years on internal products & 3 years on external products (excluding PVC). Fabrics & components are covered if; the blind is installed by Window Cover Solutions, the blind is handled & operated correctly. The warranty excludes; normal colour fading, misuse of blind, stains/damage caused by any source (unless caused by Window Cover Solutions). Q: What if I have old blinds up, do I have to get rid of them?    

A: No, we can take them down for you and we will dispose of them for you.    

Q: Where are your products made?    

A: All our products are Australian made The only exception are our shutters however they are still custom made from scratch.                                                                                                               

Q: What happens after I accept your quote?    

A: We place your order and once it is completed, we organise an installation time that is suitable to you. Time from ordering to installation varies depending on the product ordered.
